Customer Support Officer or Administration Assistant This is a front reception role requiring strong skills in providing face-to-face and phone based customer service to a diverse range of people. This fast paced role requires focus, attention to detail and efficiency and can be offered as a Certificate III in Business Administration Traineeship. Main duties include greeting customers, archiving, making appointment reminder calls and managing a busy switchboard.
Employment Consultant If you are passionate about helping people overcome barriers to achieve their employment goals then this could be the role for you. In this role, you will develop strategies (based on individual need) to help people overcome barriers, motivate clients to look for work, arrange training and work experience, help them prepare for and find employment, and provide support to help them keep their job.
Marketing Consultant / Industry Trainer If you like the idea of building relationships with local businesses and providing on-the-job support for new employees and employers this is the role for you. In this role you will contact local business to secure work experience or paid employment placements for job seekers with various vocational goals. Employer visits, supported interviews and on-the-job training and workplace support may also be required when the client commences a placement.
Recruitment Consultant Our Recruitment Consultants contact local employers to find job vacancies and create vacancy listings, and screen applicants on behalf of the employer. By listening to employers regarding their business and recruitment needs, and sourcing suitable vacancies for our job seekers, you will excel at this role.
Trainer (Employment Services) If you are positive and persistent and work well with diverse groups of people then this role could be for you. We employer Trainers to deliver non-accredited training such as our Job Placement Program for up to 20 job seekers, providing them with the confidence, skills and tools they need to successfully find and secure their ideal job.
Allied Health Consultant As a qualified Allied Health Professional, you will provide specialist Psychological, Therapy or Exercise related services to a diverse range of clients to help them overcome their barriers and achieve their goals. There is also an educational element in this role and good communication with job seekers, colleagues, employers and support and community agencies is critical. This is a fantastic opportunity for new graduates wanting to develop their skills.
Rehabilitation Consultant If you are a qualified Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Exercise Physiologist and are eligible for AHPRA or ESSA registration, this could be the role for you. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be working with employers, medical practitioners, injured workers and insurance companies to; assist injured workers return to work, provide assessments and training and make recommendations to prevent injuries and promote wellness in the workplace. You will be highly organised with a passion to help improve workplaces for employers and individual workers.
Trainer and Assessor (RTO) If you are a qualified and experienced Trainer and Assessor with a minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, along with relevant industry knowledge and experience, we could have the ideal role for you.
