Peter has been involved in vocational rehabilitation in both Australia and the United States of America since 1982 and in employment services since 1975. Prior to taking over the management of ORS Rehabilitation & Placement Services in September 1992, Peter was one of the founding managers of the Rehabilitation Division at the Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Commission (WorkCover WA). Apart from rehabilitation counselling, Peter is an accomplished trainer and registered psychologist.

Prior to joining ORS Rehabilitation & Placement Services in October 1992, Stuart worked at the Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Commission as a rehabilitation counsellor, and in the human resource consulting industry. Stuart's professional experience since 1987 includes rehabilitation counselling, job placement assistance, industrial psychology, staff training, psychological assessments, employee assistance counselling, mediation, recruitment and human resourse consulting to business and industry. Stuart has completed an MBA with a major in Human Resource Management and is a registered psychologist.
