We have been very busy over the last 12 months, The ORS Group has doubled in size since June 2009, and we now have 550 employees across Australia in over 40 offices, a significant increase as we had 250 employees from June 2009. However this news is not just about growth, more importantly it is also about our continued commitment to our clients in our provision of service each and every day. Throughout this rapid growth phase we have kept true to our founding principles of doing our absolute best for our clients to provide multiple services to assist them to overcome barriers (including an assessment of these barriers) and obtain desirable and sustainable employment.
20% above Industry Average - Return to Work Rates
The ORS Group has been a provider of Occupational Rehabilitation Services since 1993 and consistently assists injured workers return to work at a rate that is significantly above the industry average. In Western Australia and New South Wales our clients benefit from our Return to Work Rates that are 20% above the industry average. We believe that our performance in Victoria is at a similar high standard. We are increasing our presence in Occupational Rehabilitation service provision in Western Australia, New South Wales and Victoria with Queensland, ACT and Tasmania showing greater performance in the local market.
The ORS Job Network / Job Services Australia business has grown from two small contracts employing 5 staff to 24 contracts employing over 250 staff around Australia since 1998. We have had the highest star rating for our Job Network ESA's and we have been significantly above average in assisting job seekers with a disability. We have been awarded an increase of 34% in Job Network market share - illustrating our staff's outstanding ability to get people back to work in jobs that fulfil their needs.
5 Star performance in Vocational Rehab
The ORS Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) contracts have a star rating of 5 stars and 4.5 stars. On some of the KPIs we have had over 100% higher than the national average (i.e. 26 week outcomes)
In the area of disability employment our contracts consistently have the highest star rating. We are most proud of our capacity to assist job seekers achieve independence within two years. Again we find that The Group is performing above LMR and National averages.
ORS Best Practice
We are delighted with all these awards and acknowledgements as they provide solid proof that the ORS Group methods produce employment results for our clients in Australia each and every day. We aim to constantly raise the bar in terms of best practice in all the services we provide.
Our Job Capacity Assessment Account Services have become sought after and our customer feedback is constantly supportive and complimentary. In our two Personal Support Program contracts ORS was ranked 1st and 2nd out of the 30 WA PSP providers for economic outcomes.

Disability Employment Services
From March 2010 the ORS Group have significant involvement in the new Disability Employment Services (DES) around Australia. We have 12 employment service areas (ESA) and our services will be delivered across 21 sites and 60 staff across NSW, Vic, WA and Qld.

North Metro WA (Northbridge, Fremantle) 10. East Metro WA (Armadale, Cannington) 11. Central & West Metro WA (Joondalup, Morley) 12. South Brisbane (Inala, Stones Corner)National Panel of Assessors
ORS has been successful in gaining business under the Workplace Modifications Scheme, Supported Wages System and Ongoing Support Assessment contracts nationally, under conditions that will allow ORS to deliver these services on a much more sustainable basis for all our clients.
