Injury Management

Employment Services

ORS is contracted by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations to provide services through the Job Services Australia and the Disability Employment Services.

Job Capacity Assessments

ORS has a contract with the Department of Human Services to assist in the identification of the most appropriate services for disadvantaged job seekers.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

ORS provides EAP programs to organisations who are intent on maximising the potential of the individuals they employ.

Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)

ORS works with employers on strategies designed to minimise and where possible eliminate workplace risks.

Health & Fitness

ORS provides a range of services related to health and fitness of both individuals and organisations.

Career Counseling

ORS is able to assist individuals establish realistic career directions and to develop the skills necessary to achieve their career goals.

Outplacement

ORS provides a range of services designed to assist organisations undergoing restructuring to effectively manage their workforce. Services are designed to either identify how best to deploy existing staff members with a new organisational structure or to assist an individual identify and locate alternative employment.

Training Programs

ORS is also a nationally registered training organisation (National Provider No 50713) and is able to provide customised training programs to employers in areas related to occupational health and safety, human resource management, career transition and career management.

Human Resource Consulting

ORS provides Human Resource solutions to government and private sector employers. Services can be customised to meet specific needs.

Fit for the Job

The project will address the needs of jobseekers in the Canterbury Bankstown Employment Services Area by combining clinical intervention within an Employment services environment. The team in the 'Fit for the Job' Programme provides a combination of health and vocational professionals working with jobseekers to define and work towards their own personal goals in gaining meaningful and sustainable employment.
