- Redeployee continues to work for an organisation whilst in job search mode or making other lifestyle choices such as early retirement or self employment
- Redeployee ceases employment and accesses ORS services
- Redeployee is located at the ORS Career Transition Centre

Counselling services including employee assistance service for individuals and their significant others to adjust to the transition process at and after notification of redundancy

Services for 'survivors' can include a range of support to assist in all aspects of maximising the potential of the new organisation and its individuals.
