The ORS Group recognises that a healthy workplace is a happy and productive workplace. The ORS Group has introduced a few different incentives to help with healthier lifestyles.

• Fruit at Work
  The ORS Group will provide every office with fruit each week. This will help people eat more fruit instead of snacking on sweets.

• Individual Health Kick Bonus
  To assist in kick starting employees health and wellbeing the ORS Group will fund $250 each year to spend on a health product.

• ORS Group Sporting Events
  ORS will sponsor employees to attend community sporting events that encourage physical activity, fundraising for a charity and team building (e.g. City to Surf, Biggest Bike Ride and group sporting competitions).

• Massages at Work
  Massages are partly funded by ORS, and each site has made arrangements for a masseuse to come to the site every 4 weeks to give participating staff members a 15-minute massage.  If a staff member is based at a site where massages are not provided, consideration will be given to the subsidized portion of the massage fee being reimbursed to a “non ORS” massage.  Where approved this will need to involve the presentation to a manager of a receipt and be restricted to once a month.

• Team Building Weekend Away
  Every year all ORS staff are invited to attend a fully paid weekend retreat in their state.  The weekend consists of professional development exercises and/or seminars to evoke a team atmosphere and to enable everyone to meet and get to know each other in a social and working environment.

• Flu Shot
  Each year in March, The ORS Group will pay the gap for each staff member to get a flu shot.  You will need your Medicare Card and a doctor or nurse will come to some offices and the shot will be administered then you will complete a Medicare rebate form and The ORS Group will pay for the gap.  If you are not able to come into the allocated office on the day of the flu shot you can see your general practitioner and provide The ORS Group with a documented receipt and you will be refunded the gap.

• The ORS Staff Discounts
  The ORS Group has introduced a new initiative to give you more benefits for working with us.

• Other functions/activities
  Throughout the year ORS has many different functions and activities at all sites including birthday celebrations, drinks after work, sundowners and marketing functions.
