What is Occupational Therapy and how can we help?
Occupational Therapy supports focus on improving lives and help people live independently. Services include assessments and supports for sensory, paediatrics, behaviour management, wheelchair and seating prescription, functional capacity, driving, ergonomics, assistive technology, home modifications and much more.
Our experienced Occupational Therapists are AHPRA and NDIS registered to provide an extensive range of capital and capacity building Occupational Therapy supports. Due to their broad qualifications and experience we can work with a wide range of disabilities including psychosocial, autism, intellectual impairment, physical and neurological.
As a national provider of therapy supports, ORS can service across our ACT, NSW and WA locations in Fyshwick, Gosford, Parramatta, Perth and Newcastle. We work as a team with our Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Exercise Physiotherapists coming together to support the client in a holistic way. We find working together improves the quality of the service to improve daily living, employment and relationships of individuals.

“In relation to the NDIS Occupational Therapy supports provided by Katie Scriven (Occupational Therapist) and Megan Perry (Provisional Psychologist | Behavioural Support Practitioner) it was beyond exceptional. Megan and Katie visited the client together which I thought was a fabulous way to conduct the assessment and the client said that it worked well for him too. The final assessment that was provided was so detailed and comprehensive that there was no need for CJP to write a Service Model Assessment. Megan used the ABAS tool that we would have used and was able to provide clear recommendations as a result speaking directly to the clients disability needs. Your team did an amazing job in combining both expertise in one document and with a 24 hour turn around. Without the support of your team, the outcome for this client would have been completely different. Can I also just mention, that the template that you used was wonderful. It was far more extensive than any other OT reports I have seen and because of its structure, it was able to capture a clear snapshot of the clients abilities and needs. I have shared ORS Group details amongst my team and I will be sure to advocate what a wonderful service that you provide”
